The HORSE CLUB monthly subscription box is a specially curated, unique collection of horse themed products sent to subscribers each month.

Subscribers will be surprised and delighted each month they receive their box. Products selected for each box can contain website exclusive products, early launches, limited-editions and more!

Subscribers will be charged once a month and subscribers can review their billing information within their account.

Your first box will ship within the next business day (Monday through Friday excluding holidays) if placed by 12pm EST.

If you placed your first order between the 10th and 15th, your second box will be shipped on the 10th of the following month.

If you placed your first order between the 16th and 9th, you`ll skip a shipment and your second box will be shipped on the 10th of the following month. For example:

If you place your first order on January 7th, you`ll receive your first box right away, skip the January 10th shipment, and your second box will be shipped February 10th.
If you place your first order on January 16th, you`ll receive your first box right away, skip the February 10th shipment, and your second box will be shipped March 10th.

*please note that you will not be charged for this skipped shipment

Yes! If you are going out of town, overstocked or for any other reason, simply go to your 'My Account' page and manage your subscription from there. You can select to skip your next subscription.

We do not accept returns on subscription boxes at this time. If you`d like to pause or cancel your subscription box, simply go to your 'My Account' page and manage your subscription from there.

You can cancel your subscription at any time, with no penalty or fee, by visiting your 'My Account' page and managing your subscription. We'll be sad to see you go - we would greatly appreciate your feedback on why you have decided to cancel, if you'll please select your reason when completing your cancellation.

Due to small pieces and parts contained in each monthly box, it is not for children under 3 years of age.

Thank you for being a long-time fan! We cannot create boxes to omit products that may have been purchased previously. Therefore, you may receive products you have purchased before.
