The HORSE CLUB Subscription Box is a subscription experience that brings the world of HORSE CLUB directly to your door every 3 months. Every box includes three surprise horse figurines and an exclusive subscriber-only accessory or collectible item. Throughout the subscription journey, select boxes will also include exclusive horse figurines that cannot be purchased separately.

Every HORSE CLUB Subscription box includes:

• 3 horse figurines
• 1 exclusive subscriber-only item, such as an accessory pack or HORSE CLUB merchandise
• Occasional subscriber-exclusive horse figurines available only through the subscription

Our subscriber-exclusive merchandise is created in partnership with trusted third-party manufacturers and is officially licensed for the HORSE CLUB Subscription program. Each item is carefully selected to complement the HORSE CLUB world and provide subscribers with unique products that are not part of our standard product assortment.

Your HORSE CLUB Subscription renews every three months after your first order. Your payment method will be charged on the next processing date—September 15, December 15, March 15, or June 15—when your next subscription box is created and prepared for shipment.

The timing of your first shipment depends on when you place your order.

• September 1–14: Your Box 1 order will be held and begin shipping on September 15.
• September 15–December 14: Your Box 1 order will ship according to our standard processing and shipping times.
• December 15–March 14: Your Box 2 order will ship according to our standard processing and shipping times.
• March 15–June 14: Your Box 3 order will ship according to our standard processing and shipping times.
• June 15–August 31: Your Box 4 order will ship according to our standard processing and shipping times.

Once you're subscribed, future boxes will automatically be processed and shipped every 3 months on our scheduled release dates: September 15, December 15, March 15, and June 15.

Please note: Each subscription box is only available during its designated subscription period. Subscribers will receive the current box available at the time of purchase and will not receive previously released boxes.

HORSE CLUB Subscription boxes are released every 3 months and processed on September 15, December 15, March 15, and June 15.

Your second box will be processed on the next scheduled release date after your first box.

For example:

• If your first box was Box 1, your second box (Box 2) will be processed on December 15.
• If your first box was Box 2, your second box (Box 3) will be processed on March 15.
• If your first box was Box 3, your second box (Box 4) will be processed on June 15.
• If your first box was Box 4, your second box (Box 5) will be processed on September 15.
  

Once your order is processed, your box will ship according to our standard processing and shipping times.

Please note: Subscription renewals are based on our 3-month release schedule, not the date of your original purchase.

At this time, shipments cannot be skipped. However, you may cancel your HORSE CLUB Subscription at any time before your next renewal date.

Please note that subscription spaces are limited. Because the HORSE CLUB Subscription is capped at a set number of subscribers, canceled subscriptions are not guaranteed to be available for reactivation in the future. If the program reaches capacity, you may need to join a waitlist or wait for an opening to become available.

To ensure you continue receiving each subscription box and maintain your place in the program, we recommend keeping your subscription active.

Yes! Simply log in to My Account and manage your subscription preferences there. You can update your shipping address at any time.

To ensure your next box is delivered to the correct location, please update your address before your next subscription order is processed.

You can cancel your HORSE CLUB Subscription at any time through the My Account section of our website.

Simply log in, navigate to your subscription settings, and select Cancel Subscription.

Please note that cancellations must be made before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for and receiving the next box.

No. HORSE CLUB Subscription boxes, individual items, and partial box contents cannot be returned or exchanged.
